سنتِ رسول ﷺ کی تعلیمات کے مطابق، اگر خریدار کسی وجہ سے اپنی خریداری واپس کرنا چاہے تو ہم واپسی اور تبادلے کی سہولت فراہم کرنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔ ہمارا مقصد اپنے صارفین کے ساتھ دیانت داری، آسانی اور حسنِ سلوک کے ساتھ معاملہ کرنا ہے۔

At alminaam, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or size/design-mismatched product. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days and provide clear photos of the item for review.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, alminaam will cover the return shipping cost. For returns requested due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Once your return is approved and received, you may choose either a replacement or a refund. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase and are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
